Oscar van der Linden
Oscar van der Linden (born 1958) was raised in a creative family. His father worked as a draughtsman, illustrator and photographer, while his mother devoted her free time to weaving, painting and macramé. Oscar took up photography at the age of 7, when he was given his first camera, a simple Agfa model. He then went on to create jewellery.
In spite of his creative roots, Oscar worked for many years as a management consultant and ICT specialist. He embarked on a graphic design course in 1991 alongside his regular work and started his own design firm in 2002. Since 2013 he works as on his own as artist and graphic designer. In 2015 he started to study Glasart in Belgium (Mechelen).
He also develops art works commissioned by private individuals or commercial enterprises.
